bunnie.io operates on a no-refund policy for all subscription plans and one-time purchases. Please carefully review our service offerings before making a purchase.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once processed.
  • We do not provide refunds for:

    • Service dissatisfaction
    • Accidental purchases
    • Non-usage of the service during the subscription period

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If our service experiences a significant outage (exceeding 48 consecutive hours) that prevents you from accessing core features, we may issue a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a verified payment processing error on our end.

All exceptional circumstance claims must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date with supporting evidence to support@bunnie.io.
